Cancellation Policy
Due to the amount of last minute cancellations and no shows, I would like to make you aware of my new cancellation policy going forward, specifically my notice periods.
For appointments cancelled with a notice period of 24 hours or less there will be a charge or 100% of the treatment price.
No shows will be charged at the full price and risk losing the space going forward if the cost of the treatment is not covered within 48 hours.
Lateness of 10 minutes or more run the risk of being cancelled, depending on circumstances at my discretion. Full payment will need to be made within 48 hours for the missed appointment.
This is the last thing I wanted to do and something I have put off for quite some time but due to the increased number of last minute cancellations and no shows I am losing not only valuable time but also money and as a self employed business I cannot continue without a cancellation policy any longer.
