Important Update: New Cancellation Policy

 

Due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I want to inform you about my updated cancellation policy, specifically regarding notice periods.

• For appointments cancelled with 24 hours' notice or less, a charge of 100% of the treatment price will apply.

• No-shows will incur a full charge and may risk losing their appointment slot if the treatment cost is not settled within 48 hours.

• Arriving 10 minutes late or more may result in cancellation, depending on the circumstances, at my discretion.  Full payment for the missed appointment will still be required within 48 hours.

I truly regret having to implement this policy, but the rise in last-minute cancellations and no-shows has caused me to lose not only valuable time but also income.  As a self-employed business, having a cancellation policy is essential for my sustainability moving forward.
